The Barn Quilt project brought professional teaching artists, Saskia Reinholt and Natasha Bogar, to lead workshops in five schools and two community organizations including: four MSAD#58 schools, the Stratton School, New Vineyard Library, and Rangeley Friends of the Arts CASA after school program.

The High Peaks Barn Quilt Trail is part of the American Barn Quilt Trail. Painted quilt blocks, displayed on barns, are now in 48 states. Over 7,000 paintings of quilt designs are part of organized trails in the United States.
